Job Description:
1. Initiate market research, competitor analysis and consumer test to support product ideation & development
2. Lead & Coordinate with cross-function for product launch
3. Brainstorm & Develop EC assets, including EC page, video, and shooting…
4. Monitor and conduct monthly team budget forecast/spending, order placement & GR through global/local budget system
5. Lead project code application & validation and contract management
6. Support team's daily operation, document translation, sample request, meeting room booking and parcel delivery
Key Qualities:
1. Have strong ownership for a project with strategic thinking
2. Beauty/FMCG experience is prioritized
3. Enthusiasm for the beauty industry with beauty sense is appreciated
4. Have a good mastery of written & oral English
5. Detail-orientation with good learning mindset & capacity
