职位描述

▌岗位职责
1、The employee manager program intern will fully support on training programs and events including but not limited;
2、Generate name list and set up all the logistics preparation before the training;
3、Proactively provide the on-side support for relevant training programs to ensure the smooth delivery;
4、Generate and manage the training evaluation and training record in the system;
5、Manage monthly/quarterly/yearly employee and manager training calendar, newsletter, reports;
6、Handle related payments;
7、Independently communicate with external vendor or facilitators for training service, contract, etc;
8、Other ad hoc work assigned by line manager .
▌岗位要求
1、6月中旬入职,每周至少3天,能持续六个月以上优先;
2、Proficient in Excel/PPT/Word;
3、Excellent spoken and written English;
4、Good communication skills and proactive thinking .
