Shared Service Center Shanghai

Which is part of the Group Shared Services organization. It executes transactions across Finance and HR and, by this, enables its business partners to focus on the core businesses. 

GSS aim is to be an IKEA competence centre in the field of transactional administrative tasks and to provide best value services. Together with IKEA Group functions and countries we actively support the standardization, harmonization and automation of the processes we are involved in. Today we deliver our services through two Shared Service Centres (SSCs) located in Poznan and Shanghai. SS HR Baltimore will become part of our organization in September 2016.



宜家家居(IKEA)于1943年创建于瑞典，瑞典宜家集团已成为全球最大的家具家居用品商家，销售主要包括座椅/沙发系列，办公用品，卧室系列，厨房系列，照明系列，纺织品，炊具系列，房屋储藏系列，儿童产品系列等约10，000个产品。宜家家居在全球38个国家和地区拥有311个商场，其中有16家在中国大陆，分别在北京(两家)、天津、上海(三家)、广州、成都、深圳、南京、无锡、大连、沈阳、宁波、重庆、武汉。其中重庆宜家为亚洲地区最大宜家标准店。宜家的采购模式是全球化的采购模式，它在全球设立了16个采购贸易区域，其中有3个在中国大陆，分别为：华南区，华中区和华北区。宜家在中国的采购量已占到总量的18%，在宜家采购国家中排名第一。根据规划，至2012年，宜家在中国内地的零售商场将达到11家，所需仓储容量将由10万立方米扩大到30万立方米以上。中国已成为宜家最大的采购市场和业务增长最重要的空间之一，在宜家的全球战略中具有举足轻重的地位。
